* bin/fg21sim: check the "common/components" config to simulate the
  enabled components;
* bin/fg21sim: add Galactic free-free component support;
* galactic/freefree.py: fix missing attributes.

NOTE: simulated free-free maps are WRONG!!  Need check/debug!
