galactic/freefree.py: Add preocess(), postprocess, _make_filepath()
* Add the "preprocess()" and "postprocess()" for a better interface;
* Add "_make_filepath()" to compose the output filename;
* Reorder some methods for consistency;
* Some refactorings and cleanups.
