* Rewrite Press-Schechter formalism to correctly predict the mass and redshift
distribution for the halos/clusters within a patch of sky. The package
"hmf" is used to help to calculate the halo mass functions, and multiple
types of fitting functions are supported, e.g., "PS", "SMT" (default),
"Jenkins". Therefore, the previously input data "dndMdata.txt" (option
"ps_data") is no longer required.
* The acceptance-rejection algorithm used to sample the mass and redshift for
each halo is improved to work in logarithmic scale, providing better
accuracy and much better performance.
* Validated the Fokker-Planck equation solver against 3 test cases, making
sure the solver code gives the correct results.
* Change the calculation of radio halo radius, which was previously estimated
to be 1/4 virial radius of the merged cluster. Now it is estimated to be
the virial radius of the falling sub-cluster, providing better agreement
with the observed radio halos.
* Improve the halos simulation to support the use of previously dumped halos
raw data, therefore the emissions at additional frequencies can be easily
calculated.
