mass_profile: merge 'calc_lx_{d,}beta.sh' => 'calc_lxfx.sh'
* Rename 'calc_lxfx_simple.sh' to 'calc_lxfx_wrapper.sh' * Update 'calc_lxfx_wrapper.sh' accordingly * Update README.md accordingly
