extragalactic/clusters.py: Speed up "calc_Tb()" significantly
Avoid using "astropy.units" in "calc_Tb()", which significantly speeds
up this method.
NOTE:
whether the distance given by the simulation needs additional conversion
to derive the *luminosity distance* ??
